High level qualifying logistics:​

• Services available at venues within 25 miles of Arvada, CO.

  • Venues such as formal event spaces, homes, parks, churches, schools, etc.​

• Tables, chairs, tents not provided unless requested as additional services and fees.

• Running water, electricity and shelter is preferred, but not required for some kit donations.

• Best for groups of 2 to 50 people.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

• Step 1 - Discuss: Free event consultation call will initiate event planning.

  • You'll pick the nonprofit and type of donation to assemble/make at the event.​

  • Ensure timing, group size and venue size are appropriate for chosen donation and budget.

• Step 2 - Commit: Deposit due for booking event with full payment (supplies & event fee) due day of event.

• Step 3 - Charla is activated:

  • Communicates with nonprofit to ensure donations are needed and when/where to deliver

  • Orders supplies requested by nonprofit within your allocated budget

  • Sends you a blurb to include in the invitation with a link to nonprofit and how your donations will impact the populations they serve.

EVENT DAY:

• Charla arrives at event venue early to set up all supplies and "ingredients" provided to prepared donations

• Guests are given clear instructions on how to prepare donations

• Guests assemble/make donations and package up for delivery while chatting and listening to fun music.

• Charla loads up donations and supplies, cleans up work-area and takes group pictures for social posts.

• Donations are promptly delivered to nonprofit by Charla with option of joining the delivery if desired.

• All donations will receive a receipt from nonprofit for tax deduction purposes & confirmation of delivery.
